As Senior Asset Manager, Neal is responsible for the financial oversight, performance analysis, and optimization of Gotham’s existing portfolio, including 2,600+ residential units, two food halls, and 50+ commercial and mixed-use assets located throughout New York City. Overseeing the stabilized assets strategy, Neal brings a strong focus on transparent and accurate financial reporting, management oversight, and operational efficiency.

 

Neal started his career in various financial roles at Citigroup and Lehman Brothers before transitioning to real estate in management roles at The Arker Companies and Westfield, where he developed deep expertise in the operations of residential, commercial, mixed-use, and retail properties. Before Gotham, Neal was responsible for the retail and commercial operations and financial performance for the Westfield flagship location at the Fulton Center, a major NYC downtown transportation hub with 300,000 visitors daily. Under his direction, the site transformed from a development project to a stabilized operating center by implementing effective cost-control measures. 

 

Neal received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Emory University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
